MRKH Connect is a charity with a mission to connect those with MRKH all over the world. No one should feel alone, we are 1 in 5000 #mrkhempowerment ❤️

Meeting others who get MRKH because they have been Meeting others who get MRKH because they have been through it and are living it every day is so powerful. A true reminder that we are not alone.

Connection is powerful ⚡️

This is what happened yesterday when 22 MRKHers came together in London (from the UK and beyond!) for an afternoon of creative fun in a relaxed environment, no judgement, no need to mask or hide how you really feel, just a chance to be.

We have been supporting the annual MRKH Christmas social organised by MRKH advocate and all round superstar @ellamaebeing / @mindovermrkh for a few years now by providing sponsorship to offset the cost for all attending as well as providing additional travel bursaries for those that need it.

In our view, cost should not be a barrier to connection and as much as possible we try to address that in our own events as well as the other initiatives we support.

Thank you, Ellamae, as always for your organisation and hosting, and thank you to everyone who came, we know it takes a lot of courage, especially because for many it was your first time meeting others, a step not to be underestimated 💜

Join us for our last virtual hug of the year at ou Join us for our last virtual hug of the year at our next Connect with Friends online event Sunday 14th December at 7pm GMT (UK time).

This is an online peer support series designed to be relaxed and informal with the chance to chat and share, or just listen, with friends old and new💛

This is a safe space with no pressure to talk just an informal peer led event and a chance to chat with others.

As with all our Connect with Friends this is only for those with MRKH and all MRKHers over 16 are welcome regardless of where you are in your journey.

We hope to see you there 🤍

Yes!!!! 💜 No more minimising our feelings because Yes!!!! 💜

No more minimising our feelings because it doesn't feel that "big" in comparison. No feeling minimised for the same reasons.

If it's big to you it's heavy and that means it's important to acknowledge and work through.

I am..... All of these things. Even on those bad I am.....

All of these things.

Even on those bad days. I am still strong, brave, loved and absolutely always, always worthy.

But best of all, I am me.

What would your petals say?

Whose best friend @daisyhopexx helped her to have a baby via surrogacy. Their story shared with Emma Barnett and BBC News shows the reality of what so many of us experience upon diagnosis.

The lack of awareness by medical professionals and a deep sense of loneliness sitting with a condition we are totally unprepared for.

Sharing our experiences does help others it provides, hope and comfort and relatability. By raising awareness for MRKH it also plays a part in elevating women's health in media where it is so often underrepresented.

Thank you Georgia and congratulations on baby Ottilie 💜

Mayer Rokitansky Kuster Hauser (MRKH) syndrome is a congenital condition that affects 1 in 5000 female births and leads to the absence or underdevelopment of the uterus, cervix and shortening of the vagina. Often diagnosed between the ages of 15-17 when periods don't start despite other puberty traits since ovaries are present.

Emma Barnett is joined by Georgia Barrington who discovered she was born without a womb. Then her best friend, Daisy Hope, made her an extraordinary promise that she fulfilled over a decade later.

✨️ NEW BOOK ✨️ We love being able to celebrate co ✨️ NEW BOOK ✨️

We love being able to celebrate community milestones like this one where the amazing @kiska115 has her book out TODAY!!

I Don’t Matter lays bare the moment a diagnosis of MRKH fractured everything Natalia thought she knew about herself — her womanhood, her future, her place in the world.

As she rebuilds her identity piece by piece, the memoir follows her path from silent survival to self-acceptance, charting how one hidden condition reshaped her life, her relationships, and ultimately her sense of worth.

This is not just a book about MRKH but a story of bravery, strength, and resilience.

Congratulations Natalia we are so proud of you 💜
