We plan to start the year strong with a new weekly We plan to start the year strong with a new weekly challenge to help us reflect and align. Let's celebrate the small things as much as the big. Are you in? Throughout 2026 write down one thing that has brought you joy in your week and put it in a jar. Do this for every week of the year. On New Years Day 2027 take some time to sit quietly in a cosy space with your favourite comfort drink, cosy blanket or whatever makes you feel relaxed. Take out one piece of paper. Read it, pause, breathe, remember how you felt and then continue with the next until all the papers have been read. A beautiful way to reflect on your year. So what if next year we think about it differently. What if we didn't put that pressure on ourselves to somehow reinvent who we are or act a certain way. What if we go into the year at our own pace in our own way and see what happens. No prewritten ideals. No unrealistic resolutions or expectations. And just be whatever we need to be.
