Are you an MRKHer aged 18-25* and interested to co Are you an MRKHer aged 18-25* and interested to connect with others who understand exactly what it's like to live with MRKH? Our Youth Program may be for you! These peer led sessions are run online, they are small group, relaxed and informal, designed to help young MRKHers move towards a better acceptance of MRKH and help develop strategies to help process their journey and improve wellbeing whilst making new connections in a safe space. Run by young MRKHers for young MRKHers 🤍 Our next program will start on 3rd March and runs every Tuesday evening for 6 weeks. We plan to start the year strong with a new weekly We plan to start the year strong with a new weekly challenge to help us reflect and align. Let's celebrate the small things as much as the big. Are you in? Throughout 2026 write down one thing that has brought you joy in your week and put it in a jar. Do this for every week of the year. On New Years Day 2027 take some time to sit quietly in a cosy space with your favourite comfort drink, cosy blanket or whatever makes you feel relaxed. Take out one piece of paper. Read it, pause, breathe, remember how you felt and then continue with the next until all the papers have been read. A beautiful way to reflect on your year. As the year draws to a close and people post their As the year draws to a close and people post their "best ofs" what if all you did was get through, is that not valid too? The answer is...yes 💯! So what if next year we think about it differently. What if we didn't put that pressure on ourselves to somehow reinvent who we are or act a certain way. What if we go into the year at our own pace in our own way and see what happens. No prewritten ideals. No unrealistic resolutions or expectations. And just be whatever we need to be.
