✨ Writing Workshop - GUEST HOST @ellamaebeing ✨

Join us for an extra special Connect with Friends on 13th October at 7pm UK time as we put Pen to Peace in this writing workshop hosted by the amazing Ellamae, MRKHer, creative and body positive badass!

This virtual workshop is dedicated to MRKHers to explore our feelings with relationships, with ourselves, and our diagnosis. No experience of writing is needed and there is no pressure to share, just a relaxed and comforting online space to come together.

Connect with Friends is an online peer support series designed to be relaxed and informal with the chance to chat and share, or just listen, with friends old and new💛

This is a safe space with no pressure to talk just an informal peer led event and a chance to chat with others.

As with all our Connect with Friends this is only for those with MRKH and all MRKHers over 16 are welcome regardless of where you are in your journey.

On World Mental Health Day, let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues?

Let’s reach out to the quiet friend, the ‘life and soul of the party’ friend, the friend who always says “I’m fine”, the friend recently diagnosed with MRKH, the friend who has been living with MRKH for decades, the friend with a busy life, the friend who never shares, the friend who ‘has it together’, the friend who seems lonely, and of course, the stranger who needs a friend. 💜

Our mental health is critical to our wellbeing.

Do you have MRKH? Have you had fertility treatment in the UK? Are you willing to share your experience anonymously as part of professional research designed to understand the toll this takes on our mental health?

The outcomes will further raise awareness of lack of mental health support for those facing a fertility journey and work to prioritise action to improve this.

Our annual in person events are something special. A time to share, laugh, cry and comfort together in a safe space. We really cherish these moments to come together not only as a team but as a community.

This year was extra special as it was also our 10th anniversary! We were delighted to welcome speakers from across our community both in person and joining us online.
