These peer led sessions are run online, they are small group, relaxed and informal designed to help young MRKHers move towards a better acceptance of MRKH and help develop strategies to help process their journey and improve wellbeing whilst making new connections in a safe space. This week is Mental Health Awareness week and an important reminder that our wellbeing and mental health MATTERS ๐Ÿ’š Yet we are all acutely aware that mental health awareness and support needs to improve significantly across the world and is also very under resourced despite its importance.
