Love doesn't have to be scarier when it's towards ourselves even though it can be how it feels, but it is a way to acknowledge who we are in the same way we show love for others. Love isn't perfect, but it is unconditional. Love doesn't solve everything, but it can help us feel happy and confident even on those days we feel so much less than that. We all know the power of peer support, and we are We all know the power of peer support, and we are excited to yet again support the UK MRKH Festive social in London on 6th December!!! This lunch/afternoon event will be in St Paul's area of London (location provided upon sign up) and is a chance to meet others, chat and share in an informal and relaxed peer led space and do something creative and fun in the process. Our support helps to offset the costs to attend and we hope facilitates more people to join. Simply DM @mindovermrkh to find out more. It is therefore essential if we want people to be fully informed about their future choices and decisions. Every 6 weeks we run our "virtual hug" community event - Connect with Friends. Join us for our next one Sunday 16th November at 7pm GMT (UK time). This is an online peer support series designed to be relaxed and informal with the chance to chat and share, or just listen, with friends old and new💛 This is a safe space with no pressure to talk just an informal peer led event and a chance to chat with others. As with all our Connect with Friends this is only for those with MRKH and all MRKHers over 16 are welcome regardless of where you are in your journey.
