A recently published paper is currently available with free access to everyone.Β  The link below will provide anyone interested with an insight into this fascinating work undertaken but some excellent researchers in this field which includes two of our own community Dr Susan Carroll and of course Dr Amy Lossie of Beautiful You MRKH.Β  Susan has been working on this topic for many year’s and as a topic naturally close to her heart her research is interesting and personal yet informative.

The paper will only remain free until the end of January 2021 so please do take a look at the work that has been done within the community on this topic in an accessible read that touches on the various elements around psychological adjustment such as time, identity and disclosure – and a whole lot more

The study builds on previous research that has highlighted the need to better understand the factors related to adjustment.

Susan recently won a prize for her work in this field and we are so proud she is part of our community and helping advance our understanding, with others actively working in this field.

We look forward to continued advancements in this field that helps us to build on and continue to better understand that natural, and often less focused on, mental health impacts of MRKH
