🌟 I'M OK PROJECT LAUNCH 🌟 After a soft launch at 🌟 I'M OK PROJECT LAUNCH 🌟

After a soft launch at Connect LIVE, we are delighted to launch "I'm OK" a collaborative visual story telling project with photographer Richard Eyers, founder of the I'm OK project.

This project is designed to raise awareness around mental health and, in this case also MRKH.

I'm OK is a project encouraging individuals to talk about their emotional wellbeing and mental health experiences in their own words whilst telling their story through their portraits. This project has never before focused on just one condition.

As many of us know, mental health is often secondary to physiological support on our journey. This project aims to refocus our attention on the impact MRKH has on our mental health and emotional wellbeing in our own words unfiltered, unscripted, unreleased.

Whether you are living with MRKH or supporting someone with MRKH, we invite you to share with us only if you feel comfortable to do so. There are so many ways to approach your submission.

Swipe to see some examples and quotes, check out the I'm OK page in our bio, or drop us a 💜 below or DM!

We can't wait to see your submissions for phase 1!

We are still talking about MRKH CONNECT LIVE IN LO We are still talking about MRKH CONNECT LIVE IN LONDON, 2026!, and truth be told, it’s unlikely we’ll ever stop!

We had a PHENOMENAL line-up of speakers, including the insanely brilliant, Kayte Callaghan and
Ellamae Fullalove, who co-hosted a presentation titled: MRKH and Below the Belt Uncovered!

As a community, we’ve come a long way when it comes to openly talking about pleasure, sex, and intimacy. With censorship hot on our tail, sharing content isn’t always easy, despite it being so relevant and educational.

So we say, NAME IT, DON’T SHAME IT! 🙌 🔥

Thank you to our @ellamaefullalove and @kaytedoestherapy . You were an absolute knock-out!

✨NEW POST ✨ Anything is possible when you have th ✨NEW POST ✨

Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you.

We love this piece from Saida, best friend to Aysha, who has supported her over the last 20 years since her diagnosis. Her wise words will ring true for many who just want to find the best way to support their person.

We love sharing your experiences to provide support and comfort to others. Because you our supporters need support too, and you are not alone.

If you are one of these wonderful people, or have someone in your life who would be willing to share their experiences to help others we would love to hear from you. Submissions can be anonymous in any form. Check out our Friends and Family page for more!

If you are a supporter in need of support, please reach out. We will help in any way we can to signpost you, connect you and help you navigate this journey as we help each other to navigate ours.

This is Louise Joy Brown, the first ever IVF baby This is Louise Joy Brown, the first ever IVF baby and today is her birthday also known as World IVF Day 💜.

IVF, a process pioneered by 3 incredible British doctors and scientists in 1978, changed the fertility landscape forever. The film JOY released in 2024 explains more about the story behind IVF and the program that may never have come to be without the courage of the team to keep going.

IVF doesn't make any guarantees, but it has provided the option that makes it possible to try for so many.

It's not a journey for all. It may not be possible for all, and it doesn't always end the way we want, which should never be forgotten.

Yet in recognition of this important day we want to say thank you to Steptoe, Edwards and Purdy for their perseverance, time and effort to do something never thought possible.

AND a very big Happy birthday @louisejoybrown 💛
