Big shout out to the lovely Kensa who has shared h Big shout out to the lovely Kensa who has shared her story in That's Life (UK) Issue 33 released this week.

Thank you Kensa for the courage to be vulnerable in sharing your story openly and her mum Holly who contacted us to share the article.

Kensa was only diagnosed last year and is navigating what this means for her. In doing so she has decided to take the power back by sharing her story, her way.

We know how isolating the diagnosis can be the "why" and "what if" and sharing publicly is not for everyone (and that is OK!) but please know that whatever stage you are at, we are here.

No pressure, no judgement and never any expectations for you to share any more than you feel comfortable in a peer setting.

💜

Yesterday, the MRKH community watched in awe, as M Yesterday, the MRKH community watched in awe, as MRKH advocate, Lauren Fowler, shared her story on mainstream TV! ❤️

Born without a womb, Lauren Fowler thought she’d never have a baby… until her sister Kelly offered her womb instead. Following an 11-hour operation, Kelly’s womb was successfully transplanted to Lauren in 2025. And now Lauren is 26 weeks pregnant with her miracle baby. The sisters joined ITVs @thismorning , alongside Lauren’s partner David.

Again, Lauren, thank you for shining a light on MRKH and the future of what’s to come. Congratulations. ✨

Being a woman is not defined by our ability to bec Being a woman is not defined by our ability to become a mother.

We need to change the outdated narrative and the pressure it can so often create and the unwanted questions it provokes.

Infertility affects 1 in 7 heterosexual couples in the UK. Not everyone who struggles with infertility will have children either because of choice, circumstance or other.

And do you know what? THAT'S OK

Let's normalise the conversation.

Whatever your path, know it's valid and much more importantly, it's yours. Every path is different.

I'M OK is a project encouraging individuals to tal I'M OK is a project encouraging individuals to talk about their emotional wellbeing and mental health experiences in their own words whilst telling their story through their portraits. This project has never before focused on just one condition and we are so excited to see MRKH highlighted in this way.

We all know that mental health impact is often under represented and supported so this project aims to refocus our attention on the impact MRKH has on our mental health and emotional wellbeing in our own words unfiltered, unscripted, unreleased. A way to shine a light but also provide comfort and support in recognisable feelings when so often we can feel alone in these thoughts.

Whether you are living with MRKH or supporting someone with MRKH wherever you are in the 🌎, we invite you to share with us only if you feel comfortable to do so.

There are so many ways to approach your submission and no right or wrong way to share your picture or story. Just like Mia shows here it doesn't even have to show your face it's about sharing an image that you can see yourself in.

We would love to share yours 💜

Strength is more than physical it's something deep Strength is more than physical it's something deep inside us.

We don't always know its there. In fact we may think it is something we don't have at all.

We may look at others and wonder how they do it and perhaps even how they make it look "so easy".

But strength doesn't have to be big and flashy. It is often subtle and unobtrusive keeping us moving even when it feels overwhelming.

Building your power your way.
