Help us reach out collective of £5000 raised in 50 days by choosing your challenge!

MRKH Connect 5000-in-50 is an annual international initiative to raise awareness for MRKH and we invite you to join us as we start again on May 30th 2025.

This year’s challenge is to contribute to the collective fundraising goal of £5000 in 50 days, in pursuit of raising awareness for MRKH.

This event, which runs virtually challenges every individual who takes part, all of whom will contribute to a collective fundraising target whilst promoting their own physical and mental health and feeling a sense of community.

This event is open to everyone who wants to raise awareness for MRKH whether you are an MRKHer, supporter or simply interested to learn more. The best part of this challenge is that you choose your challenge. What will you do over 50 days for MRKH?

We have collated a list of suggestions below but we encourage you to also get creative with something that means something to you and that promotes your physical or mental health whilst you raise awareness in whatever way you feel comfortable.

Why not try:

  • 50 squats/push ups/burpees per day for 50 days
  • 50 miles per week of the challenge (running, walking, cycling etc)
  • 50 days of fitness (mix up your daily fitness activity!)
  • 50 days of focus (mix up your daily mental health and mindful activities!)
  • 50 hours of reading throughout the challenge (1 hour a day)

What will you do?

Important information

  • When does the challenge begin? 30th May
  • How will it work?  You set your challenge and fundraising target and we help you promote and share your activity along the way.
  • Do I have to be open about MRKH to join the challenge? Not at all, just because we want to raise awareness doesn’t mean that you have to do anything you aren’t comfortable with.  Advocacy doesn’t have to be public to be powerful!
  • How much is it to sign up? The registration fee is £15 and every registration gets you a free MRKH Connect gift plus a fundraising pack to help you along the way.
  • Are there any geographic restrictions? No, this is designed to be an event open for all and as the event is primarily virtual there is no geographic restriction.  However the last day of the challenge is Connect LIVE 2025 in London and we hope many of you will join us in person (or online) for this fantastic peer support event focused on information, connection and most of all fun.
  • Who can register? Registration is open to all whether you have MRKH or not. We know how important our friends, family etc are in our journey and everyone has a part to play in this virtual challenge to collectively work together to improve awareness.
