Connect With Friends – 20th March 2022

This will be a special event with a mental health focus where we will have some personal experiences shared whilst also this time teaming up with our friends Mind over MRKH for a combined collab event incorporating their Writing and Art club so this event will be hosted by MRKH Connect with the lovely Ellamae and Isa as co-hosts with some other special guests too!

This will be a mix event with some creative elements including some writing/creative prompts to help us all think about mental health and sharing our experiences in a different way as well as plenty of chance to share your own experiences along the way.

If you want to participate in the creative elements then don’t forget to bring along your paints, pens, pencils, notebooks, art books, collage materials or anything you can get your hands on.

There will be plenty of opportunity still to chat and share and remember this is a safe space with no pressure to talk or share, videos can be on or off and you are very welcome to just listen if you want to. The event, as with all our Connect with Friends is only for those with MRKH and all MRKHers over 16 are welcome regardless of where you are in your journey.

This event is part of our Connect with Friends regular online informal catch up series. The events are peer led support with a mix of informal chats, chats with focused topics, creative events and featuring many friends in the community as guest hosts, speakers and collaborators.
