We understand the importance of connection particularly at this unsettling and uncertain time when meeting in person is more challenging so we are today launching Connect with friends.  A regular online community led catch up for those with MRKH in the UK hosted by MRKH Connect.

These relaxed and informal chats are just for those with MRKH, a safe space to chat, share experiences and meet new people. The chats will run every 6 weeks and people can sign up using a dedicated link shared within the community.

Sometimes we just need a good old chat to know we aren’t alone.  Other times we want to know more about certain topics which might include mental health support, IVF surrogacy, adoption or childlessness.  These events will strike a balance, led by community feedback, of relaxed chats with information events, creative sessions such as writing and craft and special guest hosts and speakers to help us Connect with friends.

The first three dates have now been announced:

  • 25th October 2020, 7pm BST
  • 9th December 2020, 7pm GMT
  • 24th January 2020, 7pm GMT

The first event has no specific topics, just a chance to catch up with friends or make some new ones.  This is a safe space with no pressure to talk or share but why not bring a cuppa or something stronger and join us for a relaxed chat?

Not in the UK but would like to join us? No problem! These events have been focused on the UK as we are a UK charity but of course we are happy to welcome others who may like to join us, meet others and have a chat.
